How Can You Help?

One powerful way to combat period poverty is by bringing your women’s group together to assemble and distribute menstrual hygiene kits. Collect donations, sew reusable pads, or gather essentials like disposable pads, tampons, wipes, and soap.

Packing events provide direct support, raise awareness, and spark conversations about menstrual health.

Kits can go to local shelters, schools, and community centers or be sent to Ultimate Mission for distribution to those in need around the globe.

Through teamwork and compassion, your group can make a lasting impact, ensuring that no one has to suffer due to a lack of menstrual products or from harmful stigmas.
