Our Story
My name is Jim Reynolds. I am the co-founder and director of Ultimate Mission. Ultimate Mission is an organization that supplies medical equipment and public health training to people in depressed regions of the world. In fact, water is a major focus when we work to improve the health of a community. A few years back, I was introduced to the work being done by the University of Virginia with ceramic and silver ions. They started with ceramic water pots that you would pour water through to purify it. Unfortunately, that system was much too cumbersome to ship in large quantities. A year later they called me and told me about the MadiDrop. This small 2 oz tablet keeps a family of 5 in clean water for an entire year. It is easy to ship and very effective in the field. Consequently, we have delivered thousands of these tablets to people in need all over the planet.
